The apartment boasts beautiful views over the Montgenèvre ski slopes and immediate access to the ski lifts. Children can easily reach the meeting point for their ski lessons, while the Chalvet gondola can be accessed directly behind the residence. An ideal setting for a ski holiday with family or friends.

Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests, L’AKWABA features two double bedrooms, each with its own private shower room, as well as a windowless bunk room sleeping 4. An additional bathroom for the children gives everyone their own space and makes family stays particularly comfortable.

Fully renovated, the duplex features modern equipment and a well-equipped kitchen with filter coffee machine, Nespresso, kettle, toaster, citrus press and raclette set. A washing machine and dryer are also available, making longer mountain stays even easier.

At the foot of the residence, you will find a bakery, pharmacy, ski and mountain bike rental shop, pizzeria and other useful services. The Tourist Office is right next door, and everything in central Montgenèvre can be reached on foot.
